During the Dutch MOTORbeurs Utrecht ’23, we organized and hosted the Adventure Talks program. As part of this program, we interviewed motortravelers, presented our magazine “Expedition Middle East,” and hosted talk shows covering a variety of subjects related to motorcycle adventures.

The fair had over 100,000 visitors in total, and tens of thousands of people attended the Adventure Talks.

Extensive Review by the MOTORbeurs on our contributions:

“For a job in marketing, program, and/or hosting a stage, I would definitely recommend both of them.”

“In November, I got in touch with Nadia & Mitchel for MOTORbeurs Utrecht. After a brief and enjoyable introduction conversation, we concluded that we would work together to develop the program for the Explore theme on the fair’s stage. We had meetings every two weeks and a clear division of tasks.

We focused on the content together, with Mitchel proposing various topics and potential speakers, while practical matters were handled by the Jaarbeurs. Mitchel had many great ideas on how we could shape the program, and with clear agreements and periodic meetings, the program quickly took shape.

I could release the entire content coordination and it was fully taken care of by Mitchel & Nadia with the speakers. This allowed me to focus on the practical and location-specific briefing and the rest of the fair’s activity program. They also had many ideas on how to promote the program in terms of marketing. Sadly, due to a lack of time, we could not fully implement this from Jaarbeurs.

During the event, they acted as hosts. They welcomed all speakers, provided introductions, and conducted Q&A sessions afterwards, ensuring that there was enough interaction with the audience at each session. Some sessions were in an interview format, with them taking on the role of interviewer.

The sessions were well-prepared with the guests, making each one an engaging conversation to listen to. To support all sessions and breaks, they had prepared a complete presentation, ensuring that the available screen was well-utilized at all times.

As a program manager responsible for the entire program of the fair, it was very reassuring that I could leave this specific activity to Nadia & Mitchel without any worries.

They are both strong in terms of content, think of every detail, are good conversation partners, and above all, two very pleasant people to work with in both preparation and execution.

For a job in marketing, program, and/or hosting a stage, I would definitely recommend both of them.
